Steve Aoki: Superstar DJ God and Transhumanist? [updated 5/18/13]

Steve Aoki is a well known well known international DJ and producer from Newport Beach, California. He graduated from Newport Harbor High School in 1995. His father was a former Japanese wrestler who also founded the restaurant chain Benihana. Apparently he is also a transhumanist.

His recent hit single Singularity features the lyrics:

The cover of the album shows Steve becoming (we assume) an immortal cyborg while Angger Dimas and My Name is Kay aid his transformation. Ray Kurzweil appears on his human half’s t-shirt.
