If you’re looking for a SENS summer internship application, you can find it here.
SENS Research Foundation operates a student program, SRF Education, focused on rejuvenation biotechnologies. The SENS summer internship program is for undergraduates (students working towards a Bachelor’s degree) and students who have just completed their undergraduate work offered by SENS Education.
According to the SENS site:, “As an intern in the program, you can expect to do scientific research almost full-time, using a variety of techniques in the biosciences. These might include 3PCR, western blotting, gel electrophoresis, subcloning, transforming and transfecting cells, cell culturing, and the like. The work you do will be directly related to regenerative medicine or the biology of aging. You’ll also get to practice your presentation skills: at the end of your internship, you’ll create and present a poster on the work you’ve done.”
Applicants will have a beter chance if they already have some laboratory experience. In 2013, SENS will be placing summer interns at four different locations.
