The following questions are for a survey commissioned by Terasem Movement, Inc. and fiscally sponsored by the World Future Society. Results of the survey will be published, analyzed, and commented on in an html manuscript or e-book format, plus they’ll be presented in shorter versions on the websites of three 501(c)3 non-profits – the World Future Society, Terasem Movement Inc., and the Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technology.
All responses to this survey will be anonymous. However, if you would like to be quoted in the commentating manuscript, there will be an opportunity to provide your contact information at the end of the survey. Hank Pellissier thanks you for your participation and he welcomes any questions or additional comments about the survey that you might have. This questionnaire is the first comprehensive survey to explore transhumanist attitudes about these topics in depth. It is intended to serve as an historical marker of transhumanist opinions in the year 2012.

About damn time a survey asked me what my sexual identity is in addition to my marital status, race, etc.
Filled!
I missed Dick Pelletier’s name on the “favorite futurists” section (I consider him one of the most optimist and entertaining futurists); therefore I added his name in the box under the pertinent section.
BP — good choice adding Dick Pelletier – he is one of my very favorites too.
I added Gregory Stock in the favourite futurists.
How many repsonses did you get, so far?
Please study my website and tell me anything you can. Life is passing me by very dangerously (leaves marks and hurts like hell) and I still have no access to the necessary. No reforms occur in too many governments. And I am stuck in a 3rd world society and with 3rd world family members that are so biased and selfish AND uneducated that life really isn’t worth living. Even the faux-academics hereabouts are so low minded that conversations are cynical and meaningless. Haywire? How about some advise on a quick way out of the hell that is where some of us are at? Reparations for damages one is blind to must also come eventually, collecting at punitive zero sum, is worse than if a more civilised exchange and trade occured . . .
